Elephant Design Co. Ltd. Failure to input items of personal information required for implementation of a particular Service may result in inability to receive that Service.

3) Where disclosure or provision of a User's information to a third party is specifically requested by the User concerned.
4) Where disclosure or provision of personal information is permitted by law.
5) When the Company reasonably determines that it is necessary in order to provide a service to the User concerned.

In the following situations a party provided with personal information is not deemed to be a third-party.
